„Rīgas Līcis” is a multi-functional development project located in Jurmala – the most prestigious resort town in Latvia. The estate consists of 5 ha of land in seaside dune area just several tens of meters from the sea. Currently, the land plot accommodates a historical hotel-health resort building. The acreage and land development rate allow developing a real estate project with gross construction area of up to 150’000 sq.m.
