LASCO Investment lets “Pārventas sporta centrs” out on lease

Real estate investment management company SIA “LASCO Investment” informs that “Pārventas sporta centrs” (Ventspils, Talsu iela 75d) has been fully let out on lease to SIA “Ventspils nafta termināls”. The leased-out sport centre houses a multifunctional sports hall for basketball and volleyball, a gym and a solarium.
